Nestled two hours between Seattle and Portland, Alderbrook Resort rests on the shores of Hood Canal with sweeping views framed by the Olympic Mountains.  The luxury guest rooms and accommodations are beautifully designed with thoughtfully appointed amenities, a lobby with a massive stone fireplace and leather couches to sink into.  The resort includes a waterfront pool, a world-class full service spa, a neighboring PGA-class golf course, several hiking paths plus some of the best food in the region with local seafood and top ranked wines.

DAY ONE // SUNDAY, MAY 20  - Arrive to the beautiful Alderbook Resort and check in.  Spend the late afternoon and early evening scoping out your new home for the next few days surrounded by the stunning Olympic Mountains.  Perhaps grab a drink from the bar and head down to the shores of Hood Canal to check out the views of the glacial-carved fjord.  This evening we'll have a group dinner in the Olympic Ballroom followed by a concert in the Mt. Washington room.

DAY TWO // MONDAY, MAY 21 - Today starts off with a breakfast buffet in the Olympic Ballroom.  You'll have the rest of the morning free to explore until your Meet & Mingle aboard the Lady Alderbook yacht for an hour cruise around Hood Canal.  The Meet & Mingle will happen in two groups (11am to 1pm & 2pm to 4pm) to ensure plenty of time for mingling and a group photo with the entire band. An appetizer and sweet treat will be provided on the yacht but lunch is on your own this day.  There is a restaurant on site or a few other local restaurants not far from the resort.  Your dinner buffet will take place in the Olympic Ballroom again and will be followed by an outdoor acoustic concert on the waterfront lawn surrounded by the firepit and strings of light for a real cozy atmosphere.

DAY THREE // TUESDAY, MAY 22 - Another beautiful Pacific Northwest morning that will start off with a yummy breakfast burrito bar in the Olympic Ballroom.  The morning is free for you to enjoy a hike, visit the spa, play a round of golf or any of the other amazing area suggestions listed HERE.  Today's outdoor picnic lunch is Mexican themed and is included in the retreat cost.  We'll follow the picnic lunch up with an afternoon concert on the cottage lawn.  The evening will conclude with another dinner buffet in the Olympic Ballroom.

DAY FOUR // WEDNESDAY, MAY 23 - Our final day at the Byrne and Kelly Retreat will start off with another yummy breakfast buffet in the Olympic Ballroom and a Q&A with the entire band immediately following.  We'll then take a big group photo and we'll say farewell to all of our new friends before checking out of the stunning Alderbrook Resort.

The price for the 2018 Byrne and Kelly Retreat is $650 per person and includes the following:  3 concerts, a one hour cruise around Hood Canal aboard the Lady Alderbrook yacht (weather permitting), a merchandise swag bag, most of your meals (3 breakfast buffets, 1 Mexican themed picnic lunch, 3 dinner buffets), resort fee and access to some of the most stunning parts of the Pacific Northwest.

The $650 retreat fee does NOT include your hotel accommodations.  Once you've made your reservation on our website, we'll contact you with more information and ask that you call the hotel directly to book your room for the three nights - or more if you prefer to extend your trip.  We have a block of rooms held at a discounted rate of $165/night for a King/Queen/Double Queen guest room or $265/night for a two bedroom cottage.

The deposit to reserve your spot at the retreat is $200 per room which will ultimately be divided up equally and put towards the $650 per person fee.  For instance, if you book a King room with double occupancy - $100 each will be put towards each persons retreat cost leaving both parties owing $550 + accommodations.

*** Please note - each room option will have a specific occupancy attached to it (single, double, triple or quad).  If you do not plan on having that exact occupancy in the room - please do not book it.  For example - if there are two of you traveling together and you book a Single King room - it will be cancelled.  We have organized it this way in order to meet the correct capacity of the retreat.

*** A $200 deposit is due at the time of booking.  The remaining balance will be due in two payments - 50% by February 17, 2018 and the final 50% by April 14, 2018.  Full refunds are available until February 17, 2018.  50% refunds are available until April 1, 2018.  No refunds will be given after April 2, 2018.  ***

The 2018 Byrne and Kelly Fan Retreat has SOLD OUT!  Please email to be put on the waiting list.

DRIVING DISTANCES:   Alderbrook Resort is conveniently located within driving distance to a number of major cities in the Pacific Northwest.  2 hours from Seattle, 2.5 hours from Portland, 5 hours from Vancouver BC and 6 hours from Spokane.

NEAREST AIRPORTS:  Seattle-Tacoma Airport is 1.5 hours from Alderbrook Resort and Portland International Airport is just under 2 hours to the resort.

It would be ideal to arrive at the resort by either rental car or personal vehicle but if that is not an option then you can take a ferry from Seattle to the Bremerton Ferry Terminal, then take a bus to Belfair and finally a taxi to the resort.

Q:  Can we attend the retreat if we live nearby?  No, unfortunately not.  The retreat is set up to be a full experience requiring the participants to be staying at the resort location.  However, we will likely make one of the concert events open to the public for a small entry fee.

Q:  Will seating at the concerts be reserved?  Yes.  We strongly discourage forming lines prior to these events and fully encourage fairness for all.  Seating will be assigned for all three concert events and the order that bookings are made will determine the seat locations.  In a perfect world, each guest will view a concert from the front, middle and back of the venue space.

Q:  Are kids allowed?  Yep, this is an all ages event.

Q:  What if I don't have a roommate... can I still come?  Definitely - there will be some single room occupancy rooms available.

Q:  Is the retreat handicap accessible?  Technically, yes... there are some ADA compliant rooms available.  However, please note that several of the events are outdoors, on a boat, etc and could hinder the full experience.

Q:  What is the weather like this time of year?  As always, weather isn't predictable but we expect mid 70s during the day and low 50s in the evening.  Retreaters should be prepared to dress in layers and expect a few Pacific Northwest showers.
