LAKE PLACID, NEW YORK  //  JULY 12-14, 2020

Back by popular demand!!! Lake Placid was the home of our very first fan retreat and we are more than thrilled to be heading back to this gem of a town. Your home away from home, your base camp for Adirondack outdoor adventures, and your hub for exploring the unique history of Lake Placid - from Olympic glory to Adirondack wonders. A stay at High Peaks Resort or the Lake House lends way to pampering, convenience to the best of Lake Placid's attractions, world-class restaurants, and renowned experiences only found in the heart of the Adirondacks.

Lake House at High Peaks Resort marries the classic style of the Adirondacks with modern touches that make you feel right at home. The Great Room invites you, your family and friends to gather together and relax, whether to play a board game, shoot some pool, have a casual drink or read a book. It features wide, comfortable couches draped with Pendleton blankets, a large fireplace and tables for gatherings.

Each of our 44 hotel rooms are named after a classic Adirondack High Peak, and offer comfortable bedding for a good night's sleep. Rooms feature spectacular views of Mirror Lake and the surrounding Adirondack mountains, warm and inviting red, grey and wood tones pop with classic Adirondack design, and feature a private patio or balcony to take in the beauty that surrounds you.

Watch the world come alive at sunrise over Mirror Lake as paddlers cut through early-morning mist – or go out and join them! Our family of experiences at High Peaks Resort offers guests use of our rowboat, kayaks, stand up paddle boards or paddle boats.

Bookings for the Lake Placid Retreat will go a little differently than past retreats. Due to the fact that we have rented out the entire Lake House, we need to ensure that the rooms are booked with the correct occupancy so that we can reach the retreat capacity we are aiming for. Therefore, guests will first reserve a spot on the list by clicking the link below, selecting a room in the Lake House and filling out a few questions. Only one person within your travel party needs to reserve your room with a $200 deposit. We will then organize payment links that you can pay individually for the $275 retreat deposit. If the Lake House rooms sell out, we will add additional rooms from the Main Tower of the resort.

First and foremost, this is a music event. We’ve specifically curated events like a welcome mingle, meet & greet, trivia and outdoor recreation to enhance the fan experience. The retreats have been built in a way that gives you, the fans, personal interaction with the artists during these events and it is our hope that you will respect every guests time in addition to the artists.

Q.  Can we attend the retreat if we live nearby and don't want to book a hotel room?  No, unfortunately not.  The retreat is set up as a full fan experience requiring participants to be staying at the resort location.

Q.  Will seating at the concerts be reserved?  Yes.  We strongly discourage forming lines and saving seats prior to these events and fully encourage fairness for all.  Seating will be assigned for all three concert events and the order that the bookings are made will determine the seat locations.  In a perfect world, each guest will view a concert from the front, middle and back of the venue space.  This is not guaranteed but is what we aim for.

Q.  Are kids allowed and if so, what does it cost?  Yes, kids are allowed and the retreat fee is the same - $675

Q.  What if I don't have a roommate?  Can I still come?  Absolutely!  Previous retreat guests who have traveled alone can attest that it's a great way to make new friends with same interests!

Q:  Is the retreat handicap accessible?  Technically, yes... but please note that some events are outdoors and might require some maneuvering through the grass.

Q:  What is the weather like this time of year?  As we all know, weather is far from predictable but history in the area has shown temps to be in the 70s in July.

Q: Will everyone be able to play in the volleyball game? In the past, we’ve found that some people prefer to simply be a spectator in recreational events and we certainly don’t want to force anyone to participate if they don’t want to. So, what we’ll do is give you the option to select ‘Yes’ or ‘No’ in a participation question and then randomly select teammates for Neil and Ryan. Volleyball teams consist of six players each on the court during a match - scoring is first to 21 and must win by 2 points. We will play 3 matches and will rotate players in so that everyone who wants to participate will play.
