PROPER RETREAT ETIQUETTE

First and foremost, this is a music event. We’ve specifically curated events like a welcome mingle, meet & greet, trivia and outdoor recreation to enhance the fan experience. The retreats have been built in a way that gives you, the fans, personal interaction with the artists during these events and it is our hope that you will respect every guests time in addition to the artists.

FAQ

Q.  Can we attend the retreat if we live nearby and don't want to book a hotel room?  No, unfortunately not.  The retreat is set up as a full fan experience requiring participants to be staying at the resort location.

Q.  Will seating at the concerts be reserved?  Yes.  We strongly discourage forming lines and saving seats prior to these events and fully encourage fairness for all.  Seating will be assigned for all three concert events and the order that the bookings are made will determine the seat locations.  In a perfect world, each guest will view a concert from the front, middle and back of the venue space.  This is not guaranteed but is what we aim for.

Q.  Are kids allowed and if so, what does it cost?  Yes, kids are allowed and the retreat fee is the same - $675

Q.  What if I don't have a roommate?  Can I still come?  Absolutely!  Previous retreat guests who have traveled alone can attest that it's a great way to make new friends with same interests!

Q:  Is the retreat handicap accessible?  Technically, yes... but please note that some events are outdoors and might require some maneuvering through the grass.

Q:  What is the weather like this time of year?  As we all know, weather is far from predictable but history in the area has shown temps to hover around low-high 70s in late August.

Q: Will everyone be able to play in the kickball game? In the past, we’ve found that some people prefer to simply be a spectator in recreational events and we certainly don’t want to force anyone to participate if they don’t want to. So, what we’ll do is give you the option to select ‘Yes’ or ‘No’ in a participation question and then randomly select teammates for Neil and Ryan. Much like baseball, kickball teams consist of nine players on the field during an inning. Our kickball game will last six innings and we will rotate players so that everyone who wants to participate will play in at least one inning.
