4pm // Guests will arrive at the Lake House and check in. You will receive your swag bag of gifts at check in! A merchandise table will also be set up until 6pm and this is your opportunity to purchase Byrne and Kelly goods!
5pm - 6pm // Welcome drink and hors d'oeuvre in The Great Room - your first drink is on us! Spend the hour mingling with everyone who has travelled from all over the globe and get to know your new friends. We'll also take your official photo with the entire Byrne and Kelly band photo during this mingle.
6:30pm - 7:30pm // Private dinner buffet
8pm - 9:30pm // Byrne and Kelly concert // exclusive to Byrne and Kelly Retreat guests only
10:30pm// The Great B&K Pub Quiz - in the best pub quiz of the century - we’ll test your knowledge on all things Byrne and Kelly, Celtic Thunder, Ireland and much more! We'll crown the winning team as the Byrne and Kelly Retreat Champions of 2017!
TUESDAY, JULY 11th
8:30am - 10am // Private breakfast buffet
Lake Placid is your oyster - take advantage of the complimentary kayaks, rowboats or paddleboards from High Peaks Resort or shop along Main Street and snag some local goods to bring home to your friends and family.
Lunch is on your own - please explore the lovely local eateries that beautiful Lake Placid has to offer!
1:30pm - 3:30pm - Did you know Lake Placid was home to the Olympics not once but TWICE? It would be rude of us not to incorporate this major bit of history into our retreat so…. we present to you the BK Olympics - with three legged races, egg tosses, piñatas and more.
4:00pm - 5:00pm - 'Mad Hatter' tea party! Join us for Irish tea and snacks in The Great Room. Come with your craziest hat on - we'll award prizes to the most creative.
6:00pm - 7:30pm // Byrne and Kelly concert on the front lawn - this concert is also open to hotel guests
8:00pm - 9:00pm // Private dinner buffet
9:30pm // S'mores and chats around the firepit
11pm // Late night acoustic jam in The Great Room - get your singing voices ready because you're playing a massive part in this classic Irish style sing-song!
WEDNESDAY, JULY 12th
8:00am - 9:00am // Private breakfast buffet
9:30am - 10:30am // A final farewell from Neil, Ryan, Nicole and Peter that includes a Q&A and massive group photo of everyone from the 2017 Byrne and Kelly Retreat. Be sure to exchange email addresses, phone numbers and social media pages with all of your new friends that you've made while bonding over great music and a lot of good craic!
11am // Check out and hug your friends goodbye! Until 2018...!
